Overview

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you have a damaged part we will send a replacement at no cost. 

Send all defective or damage information to [email protected] along with a photograph of the damage.

Any damage caused by the customer will not be covered under a return or warranty.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 218 Turner Rd. Rose Bud, AR 72137 Attn Rowdy Coolers 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Rowdy Coolers Limited Warranty

Limited Warranty. Rowdy Coolers LLC warrants its products of defects of material or workmanship of normal use from the date of purchase. The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is not transferable. Customer must show proof of purchase from Rowdy Coolers, LLC. Purchases made in retail stores are not valid and must contact Rowdy Coolers, LLC for a warranty. Rowdy Coolers, LLC will warrant all parts for a period of one year to the original purchaser.  The service department will contact the customer within 10 days of the email. The warranty will not apply to any product or part stated below. Contact Warranty department at [email protected]

  1. Damage of abuse, misuse or neglect 
  2. Damage of an accident
  3. Irresponsible use, or damaged by the customer or anyone used by
  4. Damage caused by use other than used as its purpose
  5. Scratches caused by hanging on fence
